Ninjas in Pajamas introduced the female CS:GO roster

The Swedish esports organization Ninjas in Pajamas has introduced a female CS:GO roster. It is reported that the line-up was assembled specifically for participation in the upcoming ESL Impact series, which starts this week.

We've been working on taking clear action to empower underrepresented groups in esports for some time now, and today we're proud to finally unveil our ESL Impact roster! We've brought together Swedish, Norwegian and French ninjas to create a deadly team that will shoot heads, win trophies and make their mark on CS:GO history.

The team's first signings were jenkon and 7licious, former Copenhagen Flames Female players. Together, the girls went through a difficult path, having managed to win the ESL Impact Spring 2022 Cash Cup 3 Europe.

Minnie also joined the band. The 25-year-old Norwegian previously represented the colors of GODSENT Female, where she made it to the top three at ESEA Winter 2021 Women Cash Cup 4 Europe and ESL Impact League Season 1 Europe. She will be accompanied by pullox and ASTRA, another former representatives of GODSENT Female.

The European team will make its debut as part of the ESL Impact League Season 2: European Division, which starts on September 8th. As part of the Ninjas in Pajamas Championship, Female will compete for two tickets to the LAN final of the season, which will take place later in Sweden.
