Astralis makes changes in the youth CS:GO roster
The Danish eSports organization Astralis has announced changes to its youth roster in the CS:GO discipline. As a result, Fessor and brzer left Astralis Talent, while kristou and jarko took their place. The eSports club, with the comments of the sports director, announced this on its official website.
Benjamin performed very well during his time with us. At the moment, our core team has not needed a Benjamin player, but he is very talented and we are delighted that we were able to secure a good deal for all parties with ECSTATIC. Astralis will also thank and say goodbye to Fessor, whose contract was terminated by mutual consent. Frederic has a great talent, which, by our mutual agreement, can be better developed elsewhere than here. We recently found a suitable replacement for him, which we have high hopes for, so now is the right time. We are very grateful to Frederik for spending time with us and wish him all the best for the future.
Kasper Hvidt, sporting director of Astralis
Fessor has been part of Astralis Talent since October last year, while brzer joined the team in November. Together, the young Danes helped the team win the Gamebox Invitational 2022 and MistGames Heroes of Tomorrow, as well as get into the TOP-3 at the end of WePlay Academy League Season 3 and Dust2.dk Ligaen Season 19.
While the 20-year-old sniper moves to the ECSTATIC camp, Fessor is rumored to be joining the revamped Sprout roster very soon.
We are signing two new players from top Danish talent, both of whom have extensive experience in official matches. The goal of Astralis Talent is to develop both individual and team players. We want Astralis Talent to become an internal platform for recruiting players who can support our core team and develop into players who are ready to play at a higher level, either with us or with someone else.
Kasper Hvidt, sporting director of Astralis
In turn, the Astralis organization announced the signing of kristou and jarko. While kristou has been on the scene for a long time, playing for teams AGF Esport and North, jarko only appeared on the radar last year, playing for teams such as Quantum Bellator Fire and Los Reyes.
The updated Astralis Talent CS:GO roster is as follows:
- vigg0
- MistR
- Altekz
- kristou
- jarko
- MODDII (head coach)
