Whitey headed ENCE Academy
Finnish esports organization ENCE has announced the appointment of Whitey as the head coach of the ENCE Academy team. It should be noted that at present the search and selection of candidates for joining the youth team of the Finnish club continues.
In March, we opened applications for the position of ENCE Academy head coach, and now the recruitment process has been completed. We are proud to announce Whitey, a 24-year-old British professional CS:GO coach, as the head coach of ENCE Academy!
Although initially we were looking for a trainer with knowledge of English and Finnish, George stood out from other candidates and showed himself with his courage, passion and sincere will to develop and future prospects.
In addition to his experience as a trainer, George is well versed in content creation. He looks forward to creating a storyline that will show what it means to be a professional esports player and part of a competitive esports team.
Now that the head coach is known, we have started building the ENCE Academy roster. Testing is already underway, and we are contacting potential players.
Whitey started his coaching career back in 2019. For three seasons, the British specialist tried his hand at Endpoint, Fierce Esports and Vexed Gaming.
I am committed to making ENCE Academy the most effective program that will bring out the best young talents in the Finnish scene and provide the best foundation for players of all backgrounds.
I want our academy to show aspiring players that a team with the right mindset and work ethic can grow and succeed by motivating CS players around the world with our results and content to never give up on their dreams.
The newly minted coach of ENCE Academy told.
For the past 16 months, Whitey has led the Endpoint Academy, with which he made it to the top three at EPIC.WAN 33, ESEA Season 37: Open Division - Europe and the Lions League Invitational.
From now on, the composition of ENCE Academy looks like this:
