ENCE Brings Back allu as New Head Coach

ENCE has officially welcomed backAleksi "allu" Jalli, appointing the Finnish Counter-Strike veteran as the organization's new head coach.

The move marks another chapter in allu's long history with ENCE. While this is his fourth stint with the organization, it will be the first time he takes on a coaching role after spending years as one of Finland's most successful professional players.

A Long History With ENCE

Few players are as closely associated with ENCE as allu. Between 2013 and 2022, he represented the organization across three separate periods, becoming one of the defining figures in the club's history.

His most memorable run came after returning from international stints with FaZe Clan and OpTic Gaming. During that era, ENCE established itself among the world's elite teams, winning major tournaments and making a remarkable run to the StarLadder Berlin Major 2019 Grand Final, one of the most iconic achievements in Finnish Counter-Strike.

Transitioning to Coaching

allu's competitive playing career came to an end earlier this year. His final official appearance was with CSDIILIT in April, where the Finnish squad faced ENCE in the grand final of Elisa Open Finland Season 12.

Shortly after stepping away from active competition, the 34-year-old now begins a new challenge from behind the team rather than on the server.

Speaking about his return, allu described ENCE as a special place that holds some of the best memories of his career. He also acknowledged that coaching presents a completely different challenge, one that will require continuous learning and adaptation.

At the same time, the role offers an opportunity to pass years of top-level Counter-Strike experience on to the next generation of players.

Rebuilding for the Future

The appointment comes at a critical moment for ENCE.

Following a complete roster rebuild, the organization has shifted its focus toward developing young Finnish talent rather than pursuing established international stars. The team currently sits outside the top tier of global competition, ranked 143rd in the world.

allu's primary task will be guiding that rebuilding process and helping shape the future of the project.
