BLAST presented the tournament calendar for the 2022 season
Tournament operator BLAST has presented a calendar of CS: GO tournaments for the 2022 season. The organizers have prepared three online events, one studio format championship, and three LAN tournaments.
The season will begin at the end of January with the launch of Spring Groups. The championship will be held online from January 28 to February 6. The format remained unchanged: 12 teams were divided into three groups, from each of which two teams qualify for the Spring Final. In turn, the remaining six teams will proceed to the Spring Showdown online from April 20-24.
16 teams will take part in the Spring Showdown, 9 of which will pass the stage of regional qualifications, and one more team will receive a direct invitation. The top two teams of the championship will qualify for the Spring Final, which will take place from June 14-19 in LAN format.
The format of the autumn part of the BLAST Premier season will remain unchanged.
At the end of the season, the organizers will hold the World Final, which is scheduled for December 14-18 in LAN format. The tournament will be attended by the best teams at the end of the season with the most points, as well as the winners of the key events of the year.
