New Call of Duty Video Game Will Be Released in October

As it usually happens, new Call of Duty games are released each year, somewhere in autumn. This year will not be an exception, and now we know which month the new game will be released.

According to game series insider CharlieIntel, who has proven himself to be a reliable source of information regarding future Call of Duty updates, the next franchise installment will be released this October.

Although he didn’t unveil the exact launch day, in a further post on X social media, he commented that “well, there's 5 Fridays in October, so it'll be one of them!” – That means the game will be released on October 2, October 9, October 16, October 23, or October 30.

Activision hasn’t announced the new Call of Duty entry yet, but it’s heavily rumored to be Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, developed by Infinity War. According to the recent report, Infinity Ward addressed the criticism surrounding the game, as initial rumors had suggested that it was nothing more than a copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, released in 2022.
