All Weapon Buffs and Nerfs in Warzone & Black Ops 6 Season 5

Season 5 of Black Ops 6 and Warzone has dropped with a substantial update that includes major weapon balancing changes. From new damage ranges to recoil tweaks, the update is set to shake up the meta across multiplayer and battle royale.

Even with Black Ops 7 on the horizon, the BO6 era continues to thrive. Season 5 doesn’t just bring new weapons and a nostalgic 90s Action Hero event—it also finally opens the Verdansk Stadium roof. But more importantly for players, weapon tuning is here to refresh gameplay.

Black Ops 6: Weapon Changes

Goblin Mk2

• Increased all damage ranges.
• Max range now extends to 33m (up from 2.54m).

• Mid and long-range damage distances extended.
• ADS spread improved (3.1° → 3°).

ASG-89

• Extended mid-range damage distances.
• ADS spread improved (3.285° → 3.27°).

Maelstrom

• Buffed mid-range damage reach.
