In September, Lara Croft will make an appearance in Call of Duty as an Operator
As part of the Season 5 Reloaded update, the game will introduce the "Tomb Raider" character as an operator, along with the addition of rapper 21 Savage and Mace from the first installment of "Modern Warfare".
Starting from September 8, the "Tracer Pack: Tomb Raider Operator Bundle" will be available, which will include three weapon blueprints: an ice axe, the "Mythic Defender" SMG, and her iconic Mach-5 dual pistols.
The bundle will also feature a "Tomb Buggy" vehicle skin for the Chop Top, a loading screen, sticker, and emblem.
Rapper 21 Savage will be added to the game on August 30 through his own "Tracer Pack" bundle, while a third bundle featuring Mace from "Modern Warfare" will arrive later in September.
This trio follows Nicki Minaj and Snoop Dogg, who were added to the game earlier this month as part of the celebration of hip-hop's 50th anniversary.
Activision has also announced that a significant portion of the content from "Modern Warfare II" and the current version of "Warzone" will be accessible in "Modern Warfare 3".
This includes "weapons and cosmetic content, including bundles, operators, and other rewards and unlocks from the game". Players who acquire Lara Croft or other operators will be able to use them in the upcoming game.
All operators and their skins unlocked by players in "Modern Warfare 2" will also carry over to "Modern Warfare 3". This includes content that is no longer available for purchase or was only accessible for a specific period (e.g. during a season). New players won't be able to access this content.
