Guild Esports has decided to return draken
Guild Esports has announced the return of draken to the core team. Note that just two weeks ago, the organization said goodbye to the Swedish player.
The 25-year-old Swedish player first joined Guild Esports at the end of October last year, when he and his former teammates Bonk signed contracts with the UK organization. Since then, draken has competed in several major championships, winning VCT 2021: Europe Stage 1 Challengers 3, making it to the TOP 4 at VCT 2021: Europe Stage 1 Masters, and finishing second in VCT 2021: Europe Stage 2 Challengers 1.
However, draken and Guild Esports announced their separation in mid-June. At the same time, the player himself stressed that he intends to take a break from professional play until the end of July in order to devote more time to family and friends. At the same time, the team itself hoped to invite vicious, a former NoPoaching player. In a statement, Guild Esports said it looked into all possible options and decided to keep draken.
Note that the team will return to the big game on June 30 together with the start of the closed qualifier for VCT Stage 3: Challengers 1.
From now on, the Guild Esports roster is as follows:
- bonkar.
- Yacine.
- ziz.
- Sayf.
- draken.
- BARBARR (trainer).
