Earlier in the playoffs, NAVI were knocked into the lower bracket following a 0:2 defeat at the hands of BBL Esports. They managed to bounce back with a hard-fought 2:1 victory over Karmine Corp but were ultimately stopped by Team Liquid, who ended their tournament hopes.

As a result, NAVI failed to secure one of the top three positions required to qualify for the Masters event in Toronto. The outcome surprised many fans, given NAVI's strong performance history in the EMEA region.

The VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 1 is taking place from March 26 to May 18 at the Riot Games Arena in Berlin, featuring 12 teams battling it out on LAN for three Masters Toronto slots and vital qualification points for the end-of-year Champions event.

Despite the setback, NAVI showed flashes of brilliance—most notably in the match against Karmine Corp, where standout player Ruxic recorded 60 kills and a 233 ACS. Supporters remain hopeful that the team will learn from this experience and return stronger in future tournaments.
