Rumors: DAMWON Gaming will sign a contract with Sylvan
According to the BLIX.GG portal, the South Korean esports organization DAMWON Gaming will sign a contract with Sylvan and complete the VALORANT roster with a sixth player. Note that the 21-year-old South Korean player has spent the last year and a half at World Game Star.
It is reported that DAMWON Gaming will not abandon the current players of the roster and will experiment with the starting five during the season. At the same time, it is unclear exactly how the team will rotate its players, given the strict rules of the organizers of the competition.
Sylvan joined World Game Star in May 2021. During this time, the 21-year-old South Korean player helped the team win the FONC Valorant Invitational, take third place at the National ShotVAL Pride, and also get into the TOP-4 at the end of VCT 2022: Korea Stage 2 Challengers.
However, Sylvan hasn't been on the scene since June as World Game Star failed the season and didn't make it to the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: East Asia Last Chance Qualifier. Despite the fact that the esportsman was highly rated in the off-season, he was never signed by a partner organization.
Currently, the South Korean team is preparing for VALORANT Challengers 2023: Korea Split 1, where they received a direct invitation. The championship will be held from January 26 to February 25.
Potential DAMWON Gaming VALORANT roster:

- Lakia
- Estrella
- Sylvan
- solo (head coach)
- peri (assistant coach)
