Rumors: Apeks will sign former Fnatic players
According to the portal BLIX.GG, the Norwegian esports organization Apeks is going to debut in the VALORANT discipline. The club is reportedly interested in signing former Fnatic players Enzo, Magnum and Mistic.
If the deal goes through, the team will compete at VALORANT Challengers 2023 Northern Europe: Polaris Split 1, where Apeks will receive an invitation from the organizers. Currently, esportsmen have reached a verbal agreement with the organization, but no deals have been 100% agreed.
Enzo, Magnum and Mistic are former Fnatic players. Together they managed to win VCT 2021: Europe Stage 2 Challengers 2 and VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers, as well as get into the top three at VCT 2021: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers Finals, VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavík, VCT 2021: Europe Stage 3 Challengers 2, LVP - Rising Series #3 and VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers.
It is noteworthy that Magnum managed to free himself from the contract with the British club in the summer, and since then the 21-year-old Czech player has managed to play for KOI. In turn, Enzo and Mistic said goodbye to Fnatic in the fall, becoming full free agents.
The Apeks organization is looking forward to coming to VALORANT as soon as possible as VALORANT Challengers 2023 Northern Europe: Polaris Split 1 kicks off in just two weeks. At the same time, it is not known who will complement the team and who will be appointed as its coach.
