VALORANT will be part of SEA Games 32
The organizers of SEA Games 32 have approved the list of esports competitions that will be played as part of the event scheduled for May 2023. Among them, there was a place for the VALORANT discipline, which will appear for the first time at this kind of international competition.
SEA Games is the largest competition in Southeast Asia, held every two years and includes not only esports disciplines, but also traditional sports. The venue for the championship will be Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Participating countries of SEA Games 32 (members of the Southeast Asian Games Federation):
- Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Laos, Myanmar, Timor-Leste, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.

- Korean martial arts, Athletics, Cycling, Canoeing, Chess, Muay, Pétanque, Sailing, Dance sport, Fencing, Water sports, Football, Karate, Sepak takraw, Soft tennis, Badminton, Basketball, Golf, Gymnastics, Hockey, Judo, Boxing, Billiards, Tennis, Bokator, Wovinam, Aquabike Racing, Kickboxing, Volleyball, Wrestling, Weightlifting, WushuArnis, Bodybuilding, Floorball, Jiu-Jitsu, Table Tennis, Taekwondo and Triathlon

Note that this will be the first time the SEA Games will host Cambodia, as the event was canceled in 1963 due to the political situation in the country.
