TSM wins MCT - MEL Valorant Premiership - Season 3 Playoffs
MCT - MEL Valorant Premiership - Season 3 Playoffs has come to an end. As part of the championship, which was held online from August 23 to 29, the eight best teams at the end of the season fought for a prize pool of $10,000. The winner of the tournament was the team TSM, which in the grand final was stronger than City Boys (former Akrew) with a score of 3:1 (Ascent - 13:6; Bind - 10:13; Breeze - 13:4; Pearl - 13:7).
The MCT - MEL Valorant Premiership series began for the winner from the second stage, during which TSM got three confident victories and secured participation in the final part of the championship.
Here, the wards of Juv3nile first dealt with TSM Academy (2:0), and then outplayed Nearest Airport (2:1) and made it to the final of the upper bracket. At this stage of the tournament, the TSM team defeated the City Boys (2:1) for the first time, thanks to which they made it to the grand finals and received an additional day of respite.
In the finals of the competition, the North American team again outplayed City Boys (3:1), thanks to which they became the winner of the MCT - MEL Valorant Premiership - Season 3 Playoffs and earned a prize of $6,000.
Note that the next MCT - MEL Valorant Premiership - Season 4 will start at the end of September and will last until November 1st. The championship will also host some well-known teams, among which, for sure, there is a place for the reigning champion.
