T1 Makes VALORANT Roster Changes
South Korean esports organization T1 has announced changes to its VALORANT roster, saying goodbye to pwny and dynamic. In addition, the team completed the roster by signing a contract with Ban, a former Knights player.
Today we say goodbye to dynamic from our VALORANT roster. Thank you for being part of the team and for your input. The next to exit is pwny. Thank you for sharing your time and skills with the team. We wish you both the very best for the future.
pwny and dynamic have been playing for T1 since the beginning of this year. Together, the American cybersportsmen helped the team win the NSG: Summer Championship - Open 2, and also take third place in the Knights Arena Monthly Gauntlet 2022: March.
In turn, Ban has spent the last ten months with the Knights. Together with his former team, the 22-year-old American became the champion of NSG: Winter Championship - Open 5 and NSG: Summer Championship - Open 12, and also got into the top three at the Community Gaming Valorant Elite Showdown, NSG: Winter Championship and Knights Gauntlet Circuit Monthly 2022: April, among others.
T1 joined. In Knights, we have achieved some achievements that no one in the scene expected, and we will continue here. I have learned so much from everyone and they have helped me that I am able to be a top player. A new chapter with insane teammates and coaches ready to go,” wrote the T1 recruit.
Very soon we will see the updated T1 roster on the server. The future of the organization in the discipline remains unclear, since, as you know, Riot Games continues to study the applications of clubs to join the affiliate program for the next competitive season.
From now on, the T1 roster for the VALORANT discipline is as follows:
- thwifo
- steel
- xeta
- Munchkin
- Ban
- Stunner and Autumn (coaching staff)
