Gamelanders Blue announces upcoming changes to their Valorant division
Gamelanders Blue announced in a Twitlonger post that they will be completely overhauling the structure in the Valorant division.
The management set a goal to get to the Valorant World Championships and therefore invested in a division for this shooter discipline:
Since the beginning of the year, we have made a very clear plan in terms of investment in infrastructure and the team, always striving for one goal: to get to the world championships, both in the mixed and in the women's.
After the failure in VCT, management decided to completely rethink their approach to business. There will inevitably be changes in the team:
Unfortunately, according to the results of the last few weeks in the second split of the VCT, we were unable to reach the goal and were eliminated from the LCQ. Due to this issue, we have decided to review the entire competitive structure of Gamelanders Blue. This means that negotiations are underway with our team, but the contract is still valid.
Gamelanders Blue representatives want to keep a good atmosphere in the team and try to show respect towards the employees of their staff, but sometimes it is worth adapting to unforeseen circumstances:
We have great respect for all the professionals who have worked hard at Gamelanders Blue in 2022 and we ensure that there has been no shortage of effort, commitment and dedication on a daily basis. However, things often don't go as planned and we need to adapt to the scenarios.
We appreciate the love and support from all of our fans this mixed season, and we continue to pursue the goal of achieving success with the Gamelanders Purple all-female roster.
