Forrest left Wave Esports and became a free agent
Forrest officially left Wave Esports and became a free agent. The British specialist announced this on his social networks. Note that the former analyst went inactive two months ago.
Hi all. I'm not usually the type to talk too much on social media, so sorry for the long text. After over a year with the organization, I have made the decision to leave Wave Esports to pursue other opportunities! I leave on good terms with the club and there is nothing negative here, all the love for the organization and the people in it, I was delighted!
To be clear, at the beginning of this split, I was presented with an opportunity that was too good to pass up, and therefore I had to make the difficult decision to leave Wave Esports - hopefully I can talk more about my new role soon.
I also want to thank the organization for all they have done for me.
Forrest joined Wave Esports in February 2021 as an analyst and assistant coach. Over a year of work, the British specialist helped the team win Kingdom Calling #2, as well as get into the top three at EURAT Valorant Vanquisher Series, Kingdom Calling #3 and VRL 2022 DACH: Evolution Stage 1.
However, back in March, the Briton left his post, remaining on contract with the organization in search of the next challenge.
Now the team is playing in the framework of VRL 2022 DACH: Evolution Stage 2, where after three played rounds it takes the sixth line, without having a single victory in its asset.
The current VAORANT roster for Wave Esports is as follows:
- deep mans.
- bgg.
- Felix.
- click.
- ozzy.
- Andreas (head coach).
