BraveAF leaves Fnatic's VALORANT roster
British esports organization Fnatic has announced changes to its VALORANT starting roster, eliminating BraveAF. The reason for the changes in the composition was the statements of the 26-year-old Russian cybersportsman against the backdrop of the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
We are aware of the current situation with one of our VALORANT players - BraveAF. He will be immediately suspended from playing for Fnatic while we begin our own investigation. In the coming days, we will provide an update on the future of our VALORANT roster.
BraveAF joined the Fnatic roster in January 2022. In two months, the 26-year-old player helped the team take third place at VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers, and also qualify for VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík.
Note that even if BraveAF manages to stay in the team, he will most likely not go with the team to the Masters in Iceland, since there are currently difficulties with the admission of Russian cybersportsmen to the championship.
From now on, Fnatic's VALORANT roster looks like this:
- booster.
- Mystic.
- Derke.
- Magnum.
- otom (reserve player).
- mini (head coach).
- BraveAF (inactive).
