G2 Esports parts ways with VALORANT roster manager

European esports organization G2 Esports has parted ways with VALORANT roster manager. Recall that MaikTurtle has been working with the team since July 2020.

Today we part ways with VALORANT Team Manager MaikTurtle. From winning every Ignition tournament to finishing 4th at the Berlin Masters, we'd like to thank you for everything you've done.

MaikTurtle joined the G2 Esports structure in the summer of 2020, literally leading one of the strongest teams in Europe. Together with him, the team has achieved incredible success, including victories in the Vitality European Open, WePlay! Invitational, Allied Esports Odyssey, BLAST Twitch Invitational and Red Bull Home Ground.

In addition, together with the German manager G2 Esports, she made it to the top three at First Strike Europe, VCT 2021: Europe Stage 3 Challengers 1, VCT 2021: Stage 3 Masters - Berlin and VCT 2021: EMEA Last Chance Qualifier, becoming a notable unit on the international stage.

MaikTurtle himself said that a new chapter in his career will soon begin.

Right now, the European team is playing as part of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers, where after two rounds it takes fourth place in group B.
