G2 Gozen wins VCT 2022: Game Changers EMEA Series 2

VCT 2022: Game Changers EMEA Series 2 has come to an end. At the championship, which was held online from April 25 to May 8, 16 teams from Europe, the CIS and Turkey fought for a prize pool of €30,000, as well as rating points. The winner of the tournament was the G2 Gozen team, which in the grand final was stronger than Guild X with a score of 3:0 (Breeze - 13:8; Ascent - 15:13; Icebox - 13:10).

During the competition, the wards of Carcass turned out to be stronger than Beşiktaş Esports Female (2:0), Futbolist JEFF (2:0), Guild X (2:0) and Rix.GG Lightning (2:0). Once in the grand final, G2 Gozen again outplayed Guild X (3:0), thus earning €10,000 and 45 points.

With this championship win, G2 Gozen consolidated their lead in the VCT Game Changers 2022 - EMEA Circuit Point Standings, currently holding 75 points.
