Promod Esports has released details related to the VALORANT Regional League in Northern Europe. The league, dubbed VRL Northern Europe: Polaris, will provide players with the opportunity to qualify for the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022.

Players from the UK, Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland are eligible to participate in the VRL North European Division, which will be streamed on a dedicated Twitch channel starting with the open qualifier.

The first stage will begin on February 14th, where players will compete for a prize pool of € 20,000 along with an invitation to the VCT EMEA Promotion. VRL Northern Europe Winners: Polaris will compete against seven other league winners and the two worst VCT teams for one of two spots in the next round of VCT 2022.

VRL Northern Europe Open Qualifier: Polaris starts on January 26, 2022, while only 16 teams will qualify for the closed qualifier. The top eight teams from the closed qualifiers will be placed in the first VRL.
