The first details of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022 presented
Riot Games has presented the first details of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022. In particular, the VALORANT Game Changers LAN tournament will take place in November and December next year. Riot Games also announced that the company plans to partner with third-party organizers to create parallel series of championships in the offseason.
From February to March, teams will compete in the Challengers Series, which consists of an open qualifier and an 8-team main stage that will last for several weeks. In April, Masters 1 will take place, which is planned to be held in New York.
The second series of Challengers will take place from May to June, while teams will head to Masters 2 in July, which they intend to take place in Copenhagen.
In August, organizers plan to host the Last Chance Qualifier in four regions: North America, Asia, EMEA and South America. Masters 3 will take place in September, the city of which should be Tokyo.
The VALORANT Game Changers LAN tournament will take place in November and December next year. Also in December, VALORANT Champions will take place, which will bring the competitive season to a close. The venue for the final championship should be Seoul.
