Amazon’s God of War TV Show Has Found Its Heimdall

God of War TV adaptation, which is currently in development for Amazon Prime Video, is updating its cast, with a new actor being confirmed for the Heimdall role in the series.

Last week, it was confirmed that Ryan Hurst and Teresa Palmer have joined the cast of Amazon’s God of War, and they will portray the roles of Kratos and Sif, respectively. Deadline now reports the show has found the actor for the role of Heimdall—and it’s Max Parker. Initially, industry insider Daniel Richtman reported the actor would play Baldur in the upcoming series; however, as we can say now, this report was either false, or Amazon has changed their plans about this casting.

Amazon’s God of War is confirmed to be renewed for a second season. Frederick E.O. Toye (Shogun) will direct the first two episodes of season one. The production and release date remain unknown for now.
