Rainbow Six Siege Brings Back Rengoku Event with Exclusive Twitch Drops

Less than a month after wrapping up the Showdown Event, Ubisoft is launching another limited-time experience for Rainbow Six Siege fans — the long-awaited return of the Rengoku Event. Back for the first time in two years, this unique game mode offers a fresh and chaotic twist to standard gameplay.

What Is the Rengoku Event?

The Rengoku Event is unlike any other limited-time mode in Siege. It restricts players to using shotguns and various types of kunai to eliminate opponents. These kunai come in different variants, such as:

• 💥 Explosive Kunai
• ☠️ Poison Kunai
• 💨 Pushback Kunai

The mode follows modified Secure Area rules and is set on a reworked version of the Skyscraper map. The result is a fast-paced, dynamic, and incredibly fun mode that stands apart from traditional Siege gameplay.

Fan-Favorite Bundles Might Return

Skins are also a big part of the event. During its last appearance, Hibana’s Smoldering Bundle received widespread praise and became an instant favorite. Ubisoft may be bringing it back — potentially in the form of a new variant bundle, though this has yet to be officially confirmed.

Twitch Drops: Siege X Rengoku 2025 Bundle for Fuze

Ubisoft has also revealed the Twitch Drops that will accompany this year’s Rengoku Event, which kicks off July 30 at 9 AM PT and runs through August 13. Players can earn a full Fuze Rengoku 2025 Bundle by watching eligible Twitch streams during the event.

Getting started with Twitch Drops is simple:

1. Create and verify your Twitch account (if you haven’t already).
2. Visit Ubisoft's official Drops page.
3. Click Get Started, then Log in with Twitch.
4. Log into your Twitch account.
5. Next, sign in to your Ubisoft account — make sure it's the one you use for Rainbow Six Siege.

Once linked, you’ll be eligible to receive Twitch Drops while watching supported streams. Don’t forget: you must manually claim the rewards from the Twitch inventory page once they become available.
