Lead character artist leaves the Overwatch team

Blizzard's veteran Overwatch workforce continues to shrink. Following Jeff Kaplan's departure from Blizzard in April, Overwatch Lead Character Artist Reno Galand announced his departure.
The specialist has worked at Blizzard for about 12 years. He joined the company in 2009 and dealt with the characters of Project Titan, which was canceled and then used in Overwatch.
Already in 2014, Galand took over as Lead Character Artist. He has a hand in creating Overwatch heroes and has also been involved in Overwatch 2.
