DADA leaves T1 roster

South Korean esports organization T1 has taken to social media to announce that the Overwatch team is terminating Jeong 'DADA' Chan-young's contract by mutual agreement. So far, nothing is known about the further fate of the seventeen-year-old cybersportsman.

The young player joined the organization on May 2 this year and first played for the T1 Rookies. After spending just over 2 weeks on the youth roster, DADA was promoted to the main T1 roster as a support player.

Together with him, the team took part in the Overwatch Contenders 2022 Summer Series: Korea A-Sides - Round 3, where they made it to the top 8 and advanced to the main part of the tournament. Overwatch Contenders 2022 Summer Series: Korea A-Sides, the T1 club won the bronze medal and earned $9,000.
