Official: Rekkles is back with Fnatic
European club Fnatic, who won the 2011 World Cup, have announced roster changes. Veteran organization Rekkles joins the League of Legends team.
We wrote about the possible transition of Rekkles to Fnatic on November 8th. Along with Rekkles, Rhuckz from the Fnatic academy joins the team, having received a promotion.
Carl Martin Erik "Rekkles" Larsson began his professional playing career in 2012 with the Playing Ducks. Soon the player became a member of Team Black.
With Team Black Rekkles took TOP-4 at MLG 2012 Summer Arena, where he was noticed by Fnatic. Carl first became an orange player in November 2012: the player later rejoined the Fnatic roster 3 times, including this one.
With the titular European club, the Swede gained the most notoriety. For Fnatic, he won LCS Spring 2014, LCS Summer 2015, LCS Spring 2018, took second place at LEC Summer 2019, LEC Summer 2019.
Under the banner of Fnatic, he played at several tournaments in the Worlds series. In 2015 he was in the TOP-4, in 2017 in the top eight, and in 2018 he took second place. TOP-4 Mid-Season Invitational 2018.
Rekkles spent his last season with Karmine Corp. Under the auspices of the French organization, the Swede won the European Masters Spring 2022 and took 3rd place at the LFL Spring 2022.
