Fnatic says goodbye to support Hylissang
British esports organization Fnatic has announced the first changes to its League of Legends roster, saying goodbye to Hylissang. Note that the 27-year-old Bulgarian player has been playing as a support team for the past five years.
It's always hard to say goodbye to players like Hylissang. As a mainstay of the team over the past few years, Hylissang has brought a lot to the table during his time here and remains an extremely unique and skilled talent with a lot to give. What's more, he's one of the finest players we've had the privilege of working with, a true professional both in and out of the game. We are very proud to have him at Fnatic and see him grow and build his legacy as one of the best players in Europe. We wish him all the best for the future and thank him for all his efforts here.
Hylissang joined the Fnatic roster at the end of 2017, having moved from Unicorns Of Love. For five years, the 27-year-old Bulgarian player helped the team win EU LCS Spring 2018, Rift Rivals 2018: NA vs EU, EU LCS Summer 2018, Rift Rivals 2019: NA vs EU and LEC Regional Finals 2019, and also get into the top three at Mid-Season Invitational 2018, 2018 World Championship, LEC Summer 2020 and LEC Summer 2021, among others.
This is the first change to Fnatic's roster since the end of the season. However, given the good season, it is unlikely that the organization will greatly rebuild its roster.
Updated Fnatic League of Legends roster:
