Rumors: Jankos will be Team Heretics' new jungler
According to the BLIX.GG portal, the European esports organizations G2 Esports and Team Heretics have reached an agreement on the transfer of Jankos. As a result, the 27-year-old Polish esportsman should become Team Heretics' new jungler. According to rumors, the estimated value of the player is 100,000 euros.
Jankos has spent the last five seasons with G2 Esports. Here, the 27-year-old Pole won many trophies with the team, including Rift Rivals 2018: NA vs EU, Mid-Season Invitational 2019, LEC Summer 2019, LEC Summer 2020 and LEC Spring 2022.
In addition, together with the team, the esportsman got into the TOP-3 at the end of the 2018 World Championship, 2019 World Championship, 2020 World Championship and Mid-Season Invitational 2022. However, at the end of October, the player announced that he would no longer play for G2 Esports next season due to poor team performance.
It can be assumed that Team Heretics intends to say goodbye to bluerzor, who played for the team during the last season. Here, the 23-year-old Hungarian player became the winner of the Superliga Summer 2022 and European Masters Summer 2022, and also took eighth place in the Superliga Spring 2022.
Team Heretics plans to add to the LEC roster before next season, as well as, according to rumors, to sign another Japanese top player Evi and two esports players from Europe. The coming year will be the first for the Spanish organization after acquiring a Misfits Gaming slot in a European franchise league.
In this regard, the composition of the team for the next season remains in question. However, given the intention to buy out the Jankos contract, the organization plans to invest in the roster.
Team Heretics current League of Legends roster:
- iBo
- bluerzor
- Zwyroo
- Jackspektra
- whiteinn
- Gevous (head coach)
- Naruterador (second coach)
