Cloud9 plans roster rebuild ahead of LCS Summer 2022
According to Upcomer, North American esports organization Cloud9 is planning a League of Legends roster rebuild before the start of LCS Summer 2022. The main change will be the return of Fudge to the top laner position, while the team will need other options to strengthen the mid lane. In addition, Cloud9 is exploring options for a support position.
Regarding the replacement of the center line, Cloud9 considered several options. Initially, the team expressed interest in re-signing Nisqy, but he decided to join MAD Lions.
There is a chance Copy from Cloud9 Academy will get a chance, but the organization is looking into all options as the team may import a player for this role. Another player the club is reportedly interested in is Czech mid laner Random, who plays for BISONS ECLUB. However, Cloud9 has not yet taken any action to get in touch with representatives of the esportsman.
The organization is also considering the possibility of redistributing the role of Zven, which is listed in the Cloud9 Academy. Finally, Sheiden will appear in the youth line-up, who will replace Malice.
