Xerxe may return to Astralis

According to journalist Alejandro Gomis, Danish esports organization Astralis is looking at Xerxe as the top contender for the jungler position. The 22-year-old Romanian esportsman will replace Zanzarah before the start of LEC Summer 2022. Recall that Xerxe already represented the colors of the Danish club at the end of 2020.

Xerxe has spent the last year and a half with Immortals, with which he took 5-6th place at LCS Summer 2021, and also failed at the last LCS Spring 2022.

In turn, Zanzarah has been presenting the colors of Astralis since November 2020. During this period, the 25-year-old Russian player helped the team take eighth place in the LEC Summer 2021.

It is highly likely that the 22-year-old Romanian esportsman will return to the Danish organization as a jungler, thus closing the problematic position before the start of LEC Summer 2022. In addition, the club has yet to find a top laner and a support in order to properly prepare for the start of the next split.
