Ubisoft Connect gives away Assassin's Creed Chronicles China for free
Lunar New Year, also known as the Spring Festival, is the most important holiday in China, but has become increasingly popular in the video game world in the past few years.
Given the importance of the Chinese market, many video game developers and publishers are hosting Chinese New Year in-game events during this period with special skins and cosmetics designed to evoke Chinese culture and tradition.
This is also true for digital video game stores hosting events such as the Steam Lunar New Year Sale or the Lunar Sale on Ubisoft Connect.
To celebrate the start of the sale on Ubisoft Connect, Ubisoft is giving away a free copy of Assassin's Creed Chronicles China, one of the Chronicles spin-off games that are sub-series of video games in the Assassin's Creed franchise.
Set in 1526 in China, the game focuses on the female protagonist, Shao Jun, who was trained by the legendary Italian assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze, one of the main characters in the Assassin's Creed series.
