It looks like BioWare has recognized the importance of custom mod support and is already trying to improve compatibility with the Mass Effect trilogy remake . This is reported by the producer of the franchise, Mark Walkers.
According to Walkers, the company is already in dialogue with active ME fans and modders. BioWare's ultimate goal is to empower creators to improve their work, as well as build a foundation with them for future collaborations.
