A recent report from insider Tom Henderson gives the fans hope, as Black Flag Resynced is looking to release this summer. At the same time, X social media TheGameVerse revealed some new details of the upcoming remake; according to which, the modern-day timeline could be removed from Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynch for some reason—and it could be really frustrating. More details you can check out below:

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Remake Details:

  • AC: Black Flag ‘Resynced’ is the official title;
  • RPG-style progression and gameplay elements;
  • Possible removal of the modern-day timeline;
  • Reuse of some naval tech and assets from Skull and Bones;
  • Major visual upgrades with next-gen graphics;
  • Modernized gameplay systems;
  • More detailed islands and world activities;
  • Possible new story content for Edward Kenway;
  • Releasing before March 2027;

It’s good to hear Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced could feature an improved graphics update, as well as new story content for the main character, Edward Kenway, but removing the modern-day timeline doesn’t seem logical, and it’s hard to imagine the game without it. Anyway, this report is not confirmed by Ubisoft and should be considered with a grain of salt.

Besides Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, Ubisoft is also actively working on the next mainline Assassin’s Creed—Assassin's Creed Codename Hexe—and multiplayer franchise title—Assassin's Creed Codename Invictus—which is expected to have the same visual style as Fall Guys.
