Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Gets Exciting Release Window Update
After plenty of rumors, Ubisoft officially announced the remake of 2013’s Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag—Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, during the recent blog about game series future. Although there were no other details revealed except the first concept art, we have more information about the game’s full presentation and potential release window.
Gaming insider Tom Henderson recently appeared on the Insider Gaming Weekly podcast, where he revealed Ubisoft is planning to reveal Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced next month, with the release reportedly planned for this summer. Initially, the game was set to release before March 31; it was also mentioned by Henderson in previous report, before the game was officially unveiled and Ubisoft’s restructuring at the beginning of 2026.
In recent blog, Ubisoft also confirmed multiple Assassin’s Creed games are in development, including Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe, the next mainline installment, which is expected to become the darkest game in the franchise, multiplayer Assassin’s Creed Codename Invictus, developed by For Honor veterans; and more.
