Most likely, this decision was influenced by the coronavirus pandemic, but it is possible that this is also due to the release of Cyberpunk 2077 on December 10. But if the reasons are not named, then the creators shared the new information.

The main innovations of the 1st season of Black Ops Cold War

  • Raid card in 6 by 6 format
  • 2v2 format in "Fire Contact" mode on 4 new maps
  • New map for "Fireteam"
  • New zombie modes
  • New blueprints and weapons
  • Seasonal Prestige 1,000 levels

The main innovations of Warzone

  • New map
  • New Regime
  • Over 30 new types of weapons from Black Ops
  • Updated Gulag

All this will be available from December 16th. Also, it became known that progress will be common for both games. And to make the wait more pleasant, from December 12 in Black Ops Cold War, all players will receive double the experience of progress and weapons.
