Refugium Games Released Update 4 for Agefield High: Rock the School

Refugium Games has announced the latest update for Agefield High: Rock the School. The game was released last month and had a disastrous launch. The developers are continuing to work on fixing bugs and have revealed the details of Update 4.

The studio announced a new update for Agefield High: Rock the School on its social media channels. In the post, the developers thanked players for their feedback, which helped them fix various game issues. The full list of fixes and improvements, take from Steam blog, is available below:

• Fixed a bug that prevented Sam from putting items from his inventory into the locker when his inventory was full.
• Fixed a bug that prevented Sam from picking up mission items when his inventory was full.
• Fixed a bug that prevented Sam from collecting money when his inventory was full.
• Fixed a bug that allowed you to scroll through your weapon inventory during minigames.
• Fixed various collision issues.
• Fixed an issue where the Bike Sign reward outfit didn't appear in the wardrobe for some players.
• Fixed a bug that caused the Motion Blur setting not to save correctly.
• Fixed Sam's animation getting stuck if a cop grabbed Sam shortly before the end of lesson time.
• Fixed a camera clipping issue in town.
• Other small fixes and improvements.

Last week, the news also broke Agefield High: Rock the School will launch on consoles. The PlayStation 5 release is scheduled for September 25 (the physical edition will be released on October 28), and Xbox Series X/S users will be able to try out the game on October 2.

Released on August 12, Agefield High: Rock the School became one of the most negatively reviewed games of the year. Despite high expectations due to its similarities to Bully, the game was heavily criticized by both critics and players—primarily because of a huge number of technical issues. At the same time, other negative aspects included a bland open world, poor facial animations, “cardboard” NPCs, a poorly designed combat system, etc. The game has only a 37% positive rating on Steam.

Agefield High: Rock the School is now available on PC via Steam. The game's release for PlayStation 5 is scheduled for September 25. On Xbox Series X/S, it will be available on October 2.
