Insomniac Shared New Marvel’s Wolverine Trailer Related to Deluxe Edition

There’s less than a month to go until the release of one of this year’s biggest PlayStation 5 exclusives – Marvel’s Wolverine. The developers, Insomniac Games, continue to release new content about the game, and their latest post focuses on the Deluxe Edition and reveals the title character’s costumes, which players will be able to try out.

A 30-second clip posted by the studio on its social media channels showcases five different Wolverine costumes that you can unlock by purchasing the Deluxe Edition. You’ll receive outfits such as the New Leather Suit, the Age of Apocalypse Suit, the Savage Suit (original design by Adam Kubert), the Night Hunt Suit (original design by Iban Coello) and the Incredible Suit. As well as five costumes, the Deluxe Edition of Marvel's Wolverine also includes five exclusive claws for the main character, four "Technique Points," as well as early access to the Classic Brown Suit and Reflective Claws, and four PlayStation avatars if you pre-order the game.

As is well known, Insomniac Games has confirmed that Logan will be the only playable character in Marvel’s Wolverine, dispelling rumors that Jean Grey would also be a playable character in the game. However, as a leak from three years ago revealed, she was indeed a playable character, and early gameplay footage featuring the telepathic mutant has even recently surfaced. The developers have also shared new info recently, covering PS5 technical specs, gameplay features, character details, and more. Gaming outlets have also weighed in with early impressions, praising the combat system in particular, along with the emotional story that reveals Logan's more human side.

Marvel’s Wolverine will release on September 15 exclusively for PlayStation 5.
