Rockstar Games Seems to Be Uploading the New GTA 6 Trailer to Their Website

There is a possibility that within the next 24 hours, or maybe even sooner, we will finally learn new official information about GTA 6 - the most anticipated game of 2026. This could be the opening of pre-orders, the reveal of the game's price, or, according to a new report, the long-awaited showing of a new, third trailer.

Earlier, information allegedly from an employee of a large game retailer in the UK leaked, confirming that the standard edition of GTA 6 will cost $70/€70/£70, and pre-orders for the game will open on May 12. And although this may be ordinary speculation in the light of recent rumors, something more serious has been noticed. In particular, according to user X named iGrandTheftAuto, the database on the Rockstar Games website suspiciously went down for some time, and there is a feeling that this is not just by chance, and the studio may currently be adding new materials for GTA 6 - possibly even a new game trailer.

“I run monitoring scripts on Rockstar's website to track for updates. Interestingly - for one of the first times ever - it looks like their database has gone down today. I doubt it's anything more than a coincidence, but is that going to stop me getting excited? Of course not!

One way or another, it seems that we are now closer than ever to soon learning new information about GTA 6. This is also hinted at by the recent mailing to PlayStation users about switching to a newer console due to the game's release and information from Game Informer magazine about a 'big' reveal this week.

We also know that Rockstar Games is actively preparing for the start of GTA 6’s marketing campaign scheduled for this summer, and Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of the gaming studio, will hold new financial earnings call on May 21.
