PlayStation Teasing Some GTA 6 Reveal to Happen Next Week

Fans are eagerly awaiting new official information about GTA 6, and there is a high likelihood that Rockstar Games will reveal some details as early as this month. This is also hinted at by Take-Two's new financial report, scheduled for May 21, and the game studio's preparation for the marketing campaign of the game, which will start this summer.

Meanwhile, several interesting points regarding GTA 6 come from PlayStation 5. In particular, the game is mentioned by Sony alongside the company's upcoming and already released exclusives - Saros, Marvel's Wolverine, and Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls— during the company's earnings report, which took place this week. Then, PS4 users began receiving notifications from PlayStation about upgrading to the PS5 due to the upcoming release of Grand Theft Auto VI, which looks quite suspicious and resembles the calm before the storm. Moreover, fans noticed that the discounts section in the PS Store is currently empty, and the only thing indicated there is "Next Level Savings starts Wednesday, 13th May". This has led to the assumption that pre-orders for the game might potentially open before May 13, which means a new look at GTA 6 will likely be shown.

And as the cherry on top, the gaming magazine Game Informer is teasing the reveal of a 'big' game next week. It was this very magazine that first revealed the preview for GTA 5 back in the day.

Against the backdrop of constant rumors about GTA 6 and the upcoming game reveal, this information seems more like another speculation, but it’s worth remembering the recent words of insider DetectiveSeeds, who stated that Sony has a partnership with Rockstar Games/Take-Two, which could imply a GTA 6 showcase at the company's events and possibly include various marketing features for the PlayStation 5.
