Brawl Stars Launches Starr Nova Season with New Brawl Pass, Skins, and Vault System
The new Starr Nova season has officially arrived in Brawl Stars, bringing a fresh wave of content to the game. Season 50 introduces the Starr Nova Brawl Pass, featuring brand-new skins, cosmetic rewards, and the debut of the new Keys and Vault system.
Among the biggest highlights are two themed skin collections: Starr Patrol Spike and Void Colette, along with multiple chroma variants and exclusive cosmetics.
New Skins and Seasonal Rewards

This season includes two complete skin sets:
- Starr Patrol Spike Set
- Starr Patrol Spike
- Starr Scout Spike
- Starr Guardian Spike
- Void Colette Set
- Void Colette
- White Dwarf Colette
- Black Hole Colette
Players can also unlock the exclusive Starr Patrol player title during the season.

Keys and Vault System Explained
One of the biggest additions in the Starr Nova update is the introduction of Keys and the new Vault feature.
Players can now use four different types of Keys to unlock:
- Buffies
- Resources
- Brawlers
- Skins
The Vault also allows players to obtain cosmetics from previous Brawl Pass seasons, including last month’s Dragons and Faeries skins.
Another major change affects post-tier rewards. After reaching Tier 50, players will now receive random rewards instead of traditional Starr Drops.
Standard Brawl Pass vs. Brawl Pass Plus
The new season offers different rewards depending on which version of the pass players choose.
Standard Brawl Pass
Includes:
- 9,500 Coins
- 2,500 Power Points
- 2,500 Credits
- 3,200 Bling
- 50 Gems
- Pins, Spray, Player Icon, and Title
- 1 Skin Key
- 1 Brawler Key
- 1 Resource Key
Brawl Pass Plus
Includes:
- 12,500 Coins
- 4,000 Power Points
- 2,500 Credits
- 4,700 Bling
- 150 Gems
- Additional cosmetics and rewards
- 2 of each Key type
- 1 Buffie Key
- Instant 20% progression boost
However, Brawl Pass skins are now only obtainable through the Vault system.

Is the Starr Nova Brawl Pass Worth It?
The value of the pass largely depends on what players want from the season. Free rewards remain solid, especially after recent improvements, making it possible to progress without spending money.
For players mainly interested in unlocking one of the featured skin sets, the standard Brawl Pass may offer the better value thanks to the included Skin Key. The Brawl Pass Plus becomes more appealing for collectors looking to unlock both skin collections and maximize rewards.
Pricing is set at:
- $8.99 for the Standard Brawl Pass
- $12.99 for the Brawl Pass Plus
Overall, the Starr Nova season introduces one of the biggest progression changes Brawl Stars has seen in recent updates, combining new cosmetics with an expanded reward system.
