Team Falcons Parts Ways With Fortnite Player Japko Despite Reload Elite Series Qualification
Saudi Arabian esports organization Team Falcons has officially parted ways with its Fortnite player, Polish competitor Aleksi “Japko” Jabłoński. The announcement surprised many fans, especially since the player had recently secured qualification for the Reload Elite Series 2026 Championship, scheduled to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In its official statement, the organization explained that the decision was made in order to comply with Esports World Cup (EWC) regulations. Under the current rules, each organization is allowed to field only one duo, limiting the number of representatives from the same club.
Japko, 19, joined Team Falcons in 2024 and quickly established himself as one of the team’s key Fortnite competitors. During his time with the organization, he achieved several notable results, including a victory at DreamHack Dallas 2024 and a third-place finish at the FNCS Global Championship 2025.
