The players are not complaining; instead, they are having fun with the situation and praising the hotel for its "features" that mirror the game's mechanics, including the presence of valuable loot and dangerous enemies. One review awards the hotel five stars but warns that groups larger than two have a high chance of encountering "rats" in the lobby. Another review praises the hotel for its abundance of drawers with epic loot and the chance to find a Venator blueprint with the right keycard. The same review, however, warns about "moving balls that burn you" and a "vase like robot thingy that would shred you to pieces." The reviewer also complains about raiders in strange red outfits, advising visitors to bring smoke, tagging, and trigger grenades.
