According to ONkGamer, Capcom is reportedly working on a Devil May Cry 6, and the game is now in active development. Unfortunately, the source isn’t giving any other clues, including the possible release date or platforms, but it seems like Capcom could make the official announcement later this year, when the game reach the exact point of its development. At the same time, Capcom hasn’t confirmed they’re working on a new Devil May Cry game yet, so this information should be considered with a grain of salt.

Despite not having a new Devil May Cry game in its schedule, Capcom is already busy this year, as Resident Evil Requiem is set to release on February 27, Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection will release on March 13, and their new IP, Pragmata, will be launched on April 24. And that’s not the full list, as Onimusha: Way of the Sword is expected to release in 2026, though the release date remains unknown.
