Deus Ex Developers Are Working on a New Video Game Using Unreal Engine 5

Though Eidos Montreal, unfortunately for the fans, is not working on a new Deus Ex video game, a new report suggests the studio is developing a new unannounced project.

X social media user Timur222 has noticed an update from the senior environment artist of Eidos Montreal (via LinkedIn); the studio located is currently working on a new, unannounced AAAA video game. It is also mentioned Unreal Engine 5 will be used during the development, and more details you can check below:

Created high-quality hard surface models and modular kits for the environment props using Maya and Unreal 5.

Collaborated closely with concept, level design, and tech art teams to develop immersive, performant game space in Unreal Engine 5.

Unfortunately, there are no other further details, and Eidos Montreal currently hasn’t confirmed they’re developing a new video game; therefore, this information should be considered with a grain of salt.
