EA Sports Announces The Yard Invitational

EA Sports has announced The Yard Invitational for its Madden NFL video game series.

Using Madden 21's popular "The Yard" mode, the tournament is said to reimagine gameplay, offering teams a new experience that can be used in future Madden Championships.

According to the press release, competing teams will be able to create their own jerseys and avatars. In addition, the competition will take place on the Pizza Hut virtual soccer field, specially designed for the event.

Eight teams will compete in a round robin tournament to determine the last four teams to join forces with eSports influencers.

Starting March 6, four teams will compete against each other to determine the champion of The Yard Invitational. The tournament will be streamed on Madden NFL Twitch and YouTube channels
