XSET launches new clothing collection with mastermind JAPAN
The North American esports organization XSET has announced the release of a new collection of clothing in collaboration with the brand mastermind JAPAN. Sweatshirts, shirts and headsets will be on sale in the online store, which will be created in collaboration with HyperX, the official supplier of XSET peripherals.
Wil Eddins, co-founder of XSET: "We are so proud to welcome mastermind JAPAN to the XSET family as we continue to bring games and lifestyle together. Our team is rooted in fashion so we know how to work with brands like mastermind JAPAN, to keep in touch with our fans around the world."
This is reportedly the first esports entry for mastermind JAPAN, one of Japan's most recognizable streetwear brands founded in 1997. The limited edition sale will only be available during the ComplexCon Pop Culture Festival in Long Beach, California from November 19-20. This will be the first of many joint activities between the two organizations.
Masaaki Homma, founder of mastermind JAPAN: "When we were evaluating how we could expand our brand in the gaming community, it became clear that the emergence of XSET as a gaming and lifestyle organization was mastermind JAPAN's strategic choice. We can't wait to share this first collection with ComplexCon fans to hear their feedback on our future collaboration."
It is noteworthy that the HyperX brand has joined this cooperation. Headsets manufactured under the mastermind JAPAN brand will also be one of the rare cases where customers can purchase exclusive copies of these headphones.
Previously, mastermind JAPAN has also collaborated with companies such as Dover Street Market, Carhartt Work in Progress, Stussy, Adidas Originals and Hublot.
