GamingMalta becomes a partner of the Champion of Champions Tour CS:GO series
Esports platform GRID Esports has announced a partnership agreement with the non-profit foundation GamingMalta to organize the studio final of the Champion of Champions Tour CS:GO tournament series in Europe. In February 2023, GamingMalta will host one of the CCT studio finals, marking the beginning of the LAN events of the series.

The event will bring together the top three teams from Central Europe in the Champion of Champions Tour points system, as well as invited participants from around the world, to compete for a prize pool of $100,000. Also as part of the agreement, Eden Esports will act as a local partner of CCT and organize a studio final in 2023.

Later, the organizers plan to hold 10 more studio finals in several other regions of Europe and America.
GamingMalta becomes the seventh Champion of Champions Tour partner, joining Cover.gg, Parimatch, ARterra Labs, Bitskins, StreamCards and Amazon Web Services.
The overall Champion of Champions series system for 2022-2024 is as follows:
- 44 open regional qualifiers.
- 44 online tournaments.
- 11 studio finals.
- Global LAN Finals.
GRID Esports and its founding partners (FACEIT, Eden Esports, Relog Media, Black Molly Entertainment, Fantasy Expo) have jointly announced a new tournament called "Champion of Champions Tour (CCT)" running from August 2022 to January 2024 year and will offer a prize pool of $3.4 million.
