The collaboration is formalized in DI Digital and DI Tourism and Experiences. This is the latest attempt by the esports organization to support Denmark since the launch of Astralis Nexus, a facility in downtown Copenhagen.

With a brand new commercial approach to digital competitive entertainment, impressive reach and unique subscriber activation, Astralis is today a global leader. Together with DI, Astralis plans to expand its existing footprint and the collaboration will help expand the industry's opportunities for further growth in the entertainment industry.

Maria Kruger Thorp, Head of Tourism and Economics at DI: "Astralis has put Denmark on the world map when it comes to professional gaming. Danish esports has already made its mark on tourism in Denmark and with the right structure we can go a lot further."

Founded in 2016, Astralis has made a significant mark on the global esports entertainment map in record time. The organization has professional teams and players in Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Rainbow Six, Fortnite and FIFA.
