Valve released another small update for a game client with graphic refinement of Stun effect and adding of the True Sight documentary series.
Main fixes
- Changed Stun UI
- Stun panel is no longer displayed for the effects that last less than 0.5 seconds
- Stun panel is displayed only for controlled units and during the spectator mode.
